４図は従来のソレノイドバルブを示す縦断面図、
第５図は側面に溝を設けた従来のプランジヤを示
す斜視図、第６図は流体の通路を設けた従来のプ
ランジヤを示す断面図である。 符号の説明、１……ソレノイドバルブ、２……
ソレノイド部、３……バルブ部、５……コイル、
６……ボビン、７……プランジヤ、８……センタ
ーポスト、９……ガイド部材、１２……軸受部、
１３……溝。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 コイルが巻付けられた樹脂製のボビンをケーシ
    ング内に収納し、ボビンの一端にセンターポスト
    を嵌合すると共に他端部にバルブ部を設けてセン
    ターポストとバルブ部との間にプランジヤ室を形
    成し、当該プランジヤ室に面するボビン内周にガ
    イド部材を設け、さらにガイド部材内周に設けた
    非磁性体製の軸受部を介してプランジヤをプラン
    ジヤ室内に往復動自在に収納し、このプランジヤ
    の往復動により上記バルブ部を開閉制御するソレ
    ノイドバルブにおいて、 前記軸受部をガイド部材内周にボビンと同一の
    樹脂材料にて一体成形すると共に、軸受部に上記
    プランジヤの両端側の室を連通する溝を設けて成
    ることを特徴とするソレノイドバルブ。
