ある欠点を有する。 Since the main frame of a conventional umbrella is made of highly rigid piano wire, it is heavy, so the metal material is processed into a U-shaped cross section to prevent it from rolling and deformation while reducing its weight.
However, such ribs have the disadvantage that they require a lot of man-hours and are complicated, as it is necessary to process the end dowels, middle dowels, etc.

It provides a reinforcing structure.

Plastic umbrellas tend to be larger in size because they provide the necessary rigidity, and the head part provides rigidity against bending forces in the lateral direction, while the legs provide rigidity against bending forces in the vertical direction. The bones can be formed to be relatively slender, which has the effect of preventing the group of bundled umbrella bones from becoming bulky, especially when the umbrella is closed.

できる。 Further, in the present invention, since a groove extending in the axial direction is provided on the upper surface of the head, the rigidity against the above-mentioned vertical bending force is relaxed by the groove, and the required curvature of the main rib when the umbrella is opened is reduced. It is possible to flexibly deform the shape, and even after being forced into a curved shape when the umbrella is opened due to long-term use, it has good restorability and can prevent the umbrella ribs from deforming.
