Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 操向コラムにおけるステアリングシヤフトの下
    端部を、ダツシユパネルに穿設したホールを貫通
    させてステアリングギヤボツクスのシヤフトと自
    在継手を介して連結した連結部を収容するための
    弾性体からなる防護カバーにおいて、前記ホール
    の周縁のダツシユパネルに当接するフランジ部と
    、そのフランジ部から斜めに寝た状態で一体形成
    された略つぼ形のブーツ本体と、ブーツ本体の首
    部に穿設されステアリングギヤボツクスの一部を
    貫通させる透孔と、その首部を中心として、ブー
    ツ本体の肩部から胴部にかけて形成された蛇腹と
    、ステアリングギヤボツクス取付時のばらつきを
    吸収する追従部とを有することを特徴とする車両
    用操向装置の連結部保護カバー。
