部の側断面略図、第３図はダイカスト・マシンに
取り付けられる一例の金型の要部の側断面略図で
ある。 図中、１：ダイカスト用定温溶湯急速供給装置
、２：軟溶解部、３：材料金属、４：材料金属装
入口、５：誘導加熱コイル、６：第１誘導加熱源
、７：溶解部、９：誘導加熱コイル、１０：第２
誘導加熱源、１１：圧入装置、１７：金型。

Claims (1)
- ダイカスト鋳造における金型にアルミニウム等
の金属又は合金の溶湯を供給する装置において、
誘導加熱コイルによる比較的低周波の交番磁界の
作用する軟溶解部を設けると共に、前記軟溶解部
に隣接しかつ後続して、比較的高周波の交番磁界
の作用する溶解部を設け、そして前記軟溶解部に
冷材の材料金属を装入し、ここで前記材料金属を
その融点に近接する温度まで高加熱し、次いで前
記溶解部でその後溶湯となりその溶解部から溶湯
が排出されるようにしたことを特徴とするダイカ
スト用定温溶湯急速供給装置。
