Abstract

PURPOSE:To make possible the easy removal of assemblies after annealing and the subsequent easy assembling of printing head component by piling up pairs of assemblies in the same direction, then holding them tightly with two press fixtures and magnetically annealing them under pressure after heating in the presence of a non-oxidative gas atmosphere for a specified time. CONSTITUTION:A yoke 17, a ring A18 and a ring B23 are stacked together in that order between two press fixtures 1 to constitute pairs of assemblies, then these pairs of assemblies are piled up and are held with positioning pins 9 after being positioned using the latter. After this, a nut 2, a hexagon nut 3 and a washer 4 are used to tighten the assemblies. In addition, ceramic powder is applied to the both surfaces of the ring B25 so that it can easily be removed after annealing. Alternatively, a stainless spacer is held between the both surfaces and set together. The paired yoke 17, ring A18 and ring B23 sandwiched between the press fixtures are combined together with the pairs of assemblies, then these are magnetically annealed in the presence of an H2 gas atmosphere at 900 deg.C for 3 hours and are left alone until a furnace cools off completely.

A plurality of actuating bodies 16 and leaf springs lj are arranged in a ring shape, and core balls 2/ are arranged to face the actuating bodies 16. The permanent magnets are arranged in a ring shape on the core side wall 2θ. The yoke/7 is provided with a plurality of protrusions so as to embrace the side surface of the actuating body 16.

In the above configuration, the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 19 is
0 and core ball 21, and is further returned to the permanent magnet l from the side surface of the actuator 16 via the yoke 17, rings A/♂, and ring B23. Therefore, the actuating body /4 is sucked toward the core ball 2/, that is, downward, by the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet, and the leaf spring /! It is in a bent state.

Next, when a current is applied to the degaussing coil λ2, the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet /2 is canceled and the attractive force of the actuating body /4 is reduced, so that the actuating body /B is accelerated upward by the restoring force of the leaf spring lj. At this time, the printing needle l/ protrudes from the bearing lj and impacts the ink ribbon (not shown) to perform dot printing. Furthermore, when the current in the degaussing coil 22 is stopped, the actuating body 16 is attracted again by the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet, as described above.
The printing needle /l returns to its original position.

Function The present invention positions the yoke, rings A and B as a set, and forms a paired assembly by coating both sides of ring B with, for example, ceramic powder or sandwiching stainless steel spacers. The pair of assemblies are stacked in the same direction, sandwiched between two polished flat press jigs, and magnetically annealed while applying pressure, whereby the yoke and ring A are diffusion bonded in a positioned state. However, the ring B is not diffusion bonded by the ceramic powder and can only be easily removed.
