箇所の光学繊維の片端を点灯又は点滅させる機構
と前記表示機構に関連性を持たせる事により、前
記開口部内の表示と点灯又は点滅する地球儀上の
光学繊維の片端を地球儀の回転又は、停止状態に
関わりなく対応させる事ができる機構をもつ点灯
