Claims (1)
- 極低温寒剤が封入される冷却媒体槽と、該冷却
媒体槽を収容する真空容器と、前記冷却媒体槽を
前記真空容器の外部と連通する配管と、前記配管
の内部に挿設される対流防止手段とを備え、該対
流防止手段は、熱伝導性の低い材料から成り前記
配管の両端を連通する複数の小孔が管軸方向に形
成された連通部材と、該連通部材の前記外部側の
端部に開閉可能に設けられ、前記冷却媒体槽内の
圧力が所定値未満では前記小孔を閉塞し、該圧力
が所定値以上になると前記小孔を開放する蓋部材
とを有することを特徴とする極低温容器。
