    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 自動車エンジンルームを覆うべくアウタパネル
    とインナパネルとで構成されたフードにおいて、
    上記インナパネルの内面に沿つて取付けられる吸
    音板と、同吸音板と上記インナパネルとにそれぞ
    れ穿設された取付穴を貫通するように配設されて
    上記インナパネルの取付穴の上面周囲に係合する
    先端膨大部と上記吸音板の取付穴下面周囲に係着
    するフランジ部とを有するクリツプとをそなえ、
    上記クリツプのフランジ部の上記吸音材へ係着す
    る面に、上記吸音板へ食い込む突起が設けられた
    ことを特徴とする、自動車用フード吸音板取付構
    造。
