    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 建物の屋上と地上との間で車を移送するエレベ
    ータを設け、前記屋上には一定経路上を走行自在
    な自走台車を設けるとともに、前記一定経路の側
    部に複数の駐車部を形成し、前記自走台車は走行
    装置と横行装置とを有し、さらに上部に車持上げ
    装置を設けたことを特徴とする駐車場付き建物。
