Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流体圧シリンダの一方のカバーの側に設けられ
た調整基部と、 流体圧シリンダのチユーブに軸方向に移動可能
に取りつけられピストンの位置を検知するための
検知部と、 回転することによつて前記調整基部と前記検知
部とが流体圧シリンダの軸方向に相対移動するよ
うに前記調整基部及び前記検知部の少なくとも一
方に螺合して設けられた調整螺子軸と、 前記調整螺子軸に設けられ当該調整螺子軸を前
記カバーの側から回転操作を行うための回転操作
部と、 を有してなることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ
のピストン位置検知装置。
