本体に固定される外筒と駆動軸側及び従動軸側に
夫々結合される内筒との間に、弾性材が軸線方向
の空間部を存するように介在されてなる二重筒構
造の駆動側接続素子及び従動側接続素子の同じ複
数個を、前記カツプリング本体の円周上に等間隔
かつ交互に配設せしめた非線形トルク伝達用カツ
プリングにおいて、所定形状をなす薄鋼板の円周
上に等間隔で円孔を穿設して、各円孔内に前記外
筒が圧入固定されるブツシユを嵌合し、かつ、そ
の中央部において固着せしめてなる芯体と、この
芯体を囲繞せしめた弾性材とにより前記カツプリ
ング本体を形成せしめたことを特徴とする非線形
