Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 底面に超音波振動子１が取付けられた霧化
槽２と、霧化槽２に供給した液体燃料の油面レベ
ルより下方に開口する給油管３と、霧化槽２の上
部空間に開口する予混合空気気供給用の空気管４
と、霧化槽２で得た空気と霧状燃料との混合ガス
をバーナ５に導びく誘導管６とを有する燃焼装置
に於て、超音波振動子１を駆動する発振回路７を
設け、該発振回路７の発振周波数を一定の周期で
変動させることを特徴とする超音波燃焼装置。 (2) 供給電源電圧変化によつて発振回路７の発
振周波数を変動させると共に、発振回路７の電源
回路８に低周波発振器９を設け、電源電圧を一定
の周期で変動させる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の超音波燃焼装置。 (3) 空気管４に接続する送風機１０には位相制
御回路１１を設け、かつバーナ５の近傍に位置さ
せたフレーム電極１２の炎電流検出回路１３の出
力によつて前記位相制御回路１１を操作し、供給
空気量を変化させて一定の炎電流値を維持するこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の超音波燃焼装置。
