Claims (1)
- 温度変化による電気特性の変化を伴う測温素子
と、この測温素子の電気特性の変化を温度測定値
に変換する温度変換手段を備えてなる温度測定装
置において、上記測温素子の近傍に配置された熱
起電力素子と、この熱起電力素子の起電力を上記
温度変換手段に供給する手段とを備えることを特
徴とする温度測定装置。
