Claims (1)
- ソースフオロア接続されたＦＥＴと、このＦＥ
Ｔのゲートとソース間に接続されたツエナダイオ
ードと、前記ＦＥＴの出力電圧を検出しその駆動
電流がそのゲートから供給される電圧検出部と、
トランスと、このトランスに供給する電流を制御
するトランジスタと、起動時に前記ＦＥＴからそ
の電源が係給され前記トランジスタを制御する制
御部とを有する事を特徴とするスイツチングレギ
ユレータ。
