【考案の詳細な説明】本案は魚肉練製品の蒸煮に使用するリテーナー

魚肉練製品のリテーナーは連続が自動製造用
（実公昭52−16316、実開昭58−24192他）、手作業
用等各種のものが存在する。その内本案は特に手
作業用リテーナーに適したものである。勿論自動
製造用に適用できないものでもない。従来の手作
業用のリテーナーは、特公昭55−40024号記載の
第３図に示されたものが一般で、本体と受体とを
嵌合して筒体とし、各開口端部に蓋体を被冠して
