Claims (1)
- 表裏少なくとも一方の面に各種の具・調味料類
を載置・挾持するに適した対向面を有するととも
に、当該対向面の周縁部に適宜高さをもつて対向
方向に隆起する縁壁部を形成してなり、ハンバー
ガーなど調理パンの下片部として利用することに
より当該対向面と縁壁部が形成する空積内に具や
調味料類をこぼれ落ち・流れ落ちの虞れなく安定
的に載置・挾持することができるように構成した
ことを特徴とするパン。
