Claims (1)
- 電子を放出する陰極とビームを加速する陽極と
電子を引き出し制御する制御グリツドおよび制御
グリツドを陰極面に投影した形状もしくは少し大
きな投影形状をしたシヤドーグリツドとを持つグ
リツド型電子銃において、陰極表面にシヤドーグ
リツドと同形状の溝を設けこの溝に予めモリブデ
ン等で成形されたシヤドーグリツドを埋め込み密
着又は接合したことを特徴とするグリツド型電子
銃。
