めのアルミナ等粉末を敷き延べる装置であつて、 (イ) 上段の第一ボツクスと、下段の第二ボツク
スと、第一ボツクス及び第二ボツクスの中間ない
しそれらの何れかに形成された狭幅部とを有する
粉末供給ボツクスと、 (ロ) エアの流れに伴つて該粉末を搬送するとと
もと、該第一ボツクスに形成されたエア流入口よ
りエアを流入させて該粉末を該第一ボツクス内に
落下させ、且つエアのみを該第一ボツクスのエア
流出口より外部に流出させるエア搬送手段と、 (ハ) 該粉末供給ボツクスの狭幅部内側に配設さ
れた錐形ないし截頭錐形状を成す部材であつて、
該狭幅部内面との間に還状の通路を形成し、前記
第一ボツクス内の粉末を該通路を通じて第二ボツ
