- 走査型電子顕微鏡の試料台において、試料台を
固定部と、形状記憶合金で作られた形状変化部に
より構成し、前記形状変化部の一部に試料取り付
け箇所を設け、他の一部を前記固定部に固定した
ことを特徴とする走査型電子顕微鏡の試料台。
