Claims (1)
- 流体が通過するための流通管と、該流通管に巻
付けられ流通管を加熱する加熱コイルを有し高周
波電流を発生させるための高周波インバータ回路
と、前記流通管内の流体温度を設定するための温
度設定手段と、前記流通管内の流体温度を検出す
るための温度検出器と、該温度検出器により検出
された流体温度と前記温度設定手段により設定さ
れた流体温度との温度差により前記加熱コイルへ
の通電時間を制御する制御回路とを備えたことを
特徴とする流体加熱器。
