用いて例えば茶碗蒸しの調理を行う場合のタイム

従来のオーブンレンジを用いて茶碗蒸しの調理を
行う場合のタイムチヤート、第５図は上記従来の
オーブンレンジを用いて茶碗蒸しの調理を行う場
合の容器の状態を示す斜視図である。 〔符号の説明〕、１……重量センサ（重量測定
手段）、２……オーブン加熱装置、３……高周波
加熱装置、４……制御手段。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 オープン加熱装置と高周波加熱装置とを備えた
インバータ式オーブンレンジにおいて、 オーブン庫内に載置された被調理物の重量を測
定する重量測定手段と、 上記重量測定手段により測定された被調理物の
重量に応じ、該被調理物が第１の所定温度に達す
るように上記高周波加熱装置の出力を制御して被
調理物を加熱し、その後、第２の所定温度に達す
るように上記高周波加熱装置の出力を低出力制御
すると共に上記オーブン加熱装置の出力を制御し
て上記被調理物を加熱し、更にその後、第３の所
定温度に達するように上記高周波加熱装置の出力
を更に低出力制御すると共に上記オーブン加熱装
置の出力を制御して上記被調理物を加熱する制御
手段とを具備してなることを特徴とするオーブン
レンジ。
