Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ワーク保持台の近傍に固定された測定ベースと
    、 前記測定ベースに軸が垂直方向に向けて保持さ
    れた支持軸と、 前記支持軸に回動自在に位置決めされた高さ設
    定プレートであつて、半径方向に異なる径で複数
    のリング状支持面を有し、かつこの複数のリング
    状支持面が円周方向に沿つて異なる高さの複数の
    高さ基準面領域に区分けされている高さ設定プレ
    ートと、 前記支持軸に摺動及び回動可能に設けられその
    下端が前記高さ設定プレートの最内周側のリング
    状支持面に当接してその高さ位置が定められる第
    １の円筒状スライダと、 前記第１の円筒状スライダのさらに外周に摺動
    及び回動自在に設けられ、その下端が前記高さ設
    定プレートの２周目以降のリング状支持面に当接
    してその高さ位置が定められる少なくとも１個の
    第２の円筒状スライダと、 前記第１及び第２の円筒状スライダに固定され
    たアームにそれぞれ保持され、被測定物の所定測
    定面に当接してその高さ位置を触針する複数のプ
    ローブと、を含み、 複数の被測定面を同時に高さ測定することを特
    徴とする多点高さ測定装置。
