Claims (1)
- 建物の一階部の一部或いは全部をＲＣ造建造物
と成さしめると共に、該ＲＣ造建造物の上方のコ
ンクリートスラブ上に木造建造物又はＳ造建造物
を構築して二階部と成さしめ、コンクリートスラ
ブで木造建造物又はＳ造建造物の構築区域である
内部スラブを構築区域外である外部スラブより若
干高く成さしめると共に、該外部スラブよりコン
クリートスラブの段差部に渉つて防水体を貼着せ
しめ、ＲＣ造建造物の外壁の内面には防湿材を貼
着して、該防湿材上に内装を施したことを特徴と
する複合建築物。
