のシートバツクにおける裏プレートの縦断面の端
面図である。第４図は第１図のシートバツクにお
けるカバーの周縁部を示す断面の端面図である。
第５図は本考案における裏プレートの他の態様を
示す縦断面の端面図である。第６図は本考案にお
ける裏プレートの更に別の態様を示す縦断面の端
面図である。 １０：シートバツク（座席部品）、１８，４４
，５４：裏プレート、２０：クツシヨン材、２２
：カバー、２４，４６，５６：樹脂製基材（プレ
ス成形品）、２６：表皮、２８：鉄パイプ（補強
フレーム）、３０：係合溝、４０：嵌入部材。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平板形状を成す裏プレートと、該裏プレー
    トとの間にクツシヨン材を包み込む状態で周縁部
    が該裏プレートの周縁部に固定されるカバーとを
    有する座席部品であつて、 前記裏プレートは合成樹脂材料から成るプレス
    成形品で、その周縁部には係合溝が一体に設けら
    れている一方、前記カバーの周縁部には該係合溝
    内に嵌め入れられて固定される嵌入部材が設けら
    れていることを特徴とする合成樹脂製プレートを
    備えた座席部品。 (2) 前記裏プレートは表皮を有するもので、該
    表皮は、前記プレス成形品のプレス成形時に前記
    合成樹脂材料とプレス成形型との間に挾まれて、
    該プレス成形品の成形と同時に成形され且つ固着
    されるものである請求項１に記載の合成樹脂製プ
    レートを備えた座席部品。 (3) 前記プレス成形品には補強フレームが一体
    的に埋設されている請求項１または２に記載の合
    成樹脂製プレートを備えた座席部品。
