Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はパネル材即ち屋根板又は側壁板として
用いられる合成樹脂材又は金属板等からなり表裏
両面に亘つて連続する波形の彎曲部(以下波目と
言う)を形成した所謂波板パネルの改良に係るも

従来から公知の如くこの波板パネルは予じめ縦
横寸法を一定寸法となした縦長の単位パネルに表
裏両面に亘つて連続する波目をその山部及び溝部
を縦方向全長に亘つて形成してなり、この単位パ
ネルを横又は縦方向に連結端部を重ね合せて複数
枚連結して屋根板若しくは側壁板等となして用い
るものであり、各単位パネルの連結は第4図に示
すように連結端部を重ね合せ、上側に位置する単
位パネル波目1の山部2において表面側からカバ
ー付き釘10を用いて家屋の桟等に固定すること
によつて各単位パネルAを連結すると同時にパネ
ル材自体の固設を行うものであるが、止着釘10
にはカバー10′を設けてこの止着釘10による
単位パネルAの貫通孔からの雨水等の侵入を防止
するものではあるが、止着状態では第4図に示す
ように止着釘10は単位パネルAの波目の山部2
に位置することから止着釘10を過度に打付ける
と単位パネルAの止着連結部が割れを生ずるおそ
れがあり、又打付け度が強いと家屋の基材との固
定が弱くなるという問題があることから打付け強
度の加減が難かしく、従つてカバー10′によつ
ても完壁に雨水浸入を防止することはできず、し
かもカバー10′と単位パネルA表面間から僅か
づつ浸入する雨水を原因として止着釘10が錆発
生によつて弱くなり折損、脱落することが考えら
れ、このような事態に至れば当該止着釘10は各
単位パネルAの相互連結を行うとともに屋根、壁
等の基材に固定してパネル材全体を支持するもの
であることから止着釘10の折損は各単位パネル
の連結が外れるばかりでなくパネルの剥離、脱落

本案は叙上の如き問題を解決すべく考案したも
ので、その要旨とするところは各単位パヌルAの
連結と該単位パネルの家根、壁等の基材への固設
を別手段で行う点にあり、以下添付の実施図例に
て説明すれば本案のパネル材は単位パネルA上縁
部の表面、下縁部の裏面にあらかじめ連続した接
着部4を形成し、また両側縁部の波目1の少なく
とも一つの上部2を含む幅寸法部分の一方は表面
に、他方は裏面にあらかじめ連続した接着部4を
形成するとともに該接着部4を剥離テープにて被
覆保護してなる。各単位パネルAの連結は第2図
に示すように上下方向連結の場合は通常下位の単
位パネルAを下側になして、該接着部4と、上側
になす単位パネルAの該接着部4どうしを重合接
着する。横方向の連結の場所は片方の側縁部の山
部2の該接着部4と他方の山部2の該接着部4ど
うしを重合接着する。而して各単位パネルAの基
材への固定は上記したように連結に際して下側に
位置して重り合う連結端縁部の溝部3を基材に通
常の釘5で打付けて固定するものである。又接着
部4は耐水、防水性の接着テープを貼付し、若し
くは接着剤を塗付してなり、不使用時即ち各単位
パネルAの連結前は剥離テープ6にて接着部4を
被覆保護しており、連結に際して該テープ6を剥
離して重合接着にて単位パネルを連結するのであ

成するに際して各単位パネルAの上下縁部及び両
側縁部の一方は表面に他方は裏面に接着部4を形
成するとともに該接着部を剥離テープに被覆保護
しており、この接着部を介して各単位パネルを順
次連結するものであるから連結作業が簡易に行
え、従来のカバー付き止着釘を利用する場合のよ
うに該止着釘部分からの雨水浸入及び錆発生等に
よつて止着釘が弛んだり折損したりして各単位パ
ネルの連結が外れるという問題がなく、接着部と
して耐水、防水性の接着テープ又は接着剤を用い
て該当する端縁部の全面に形成すれば各単位パネ
ルの重合接着部分から雨水が浸入するという問題
を完全に解決できるのである。更に本案では上述
したような各単位パネルAの連結と、各々の単位
パネルAの基材への固定を別手段で行うものであ
るから万一重合接着部分が外れても従来のように
連結用の止着釘の弱化、折損等によつて単位パネ
ルの連結が外れると同時に家屋基材から剥離脱落
という欠点がなく、又釘5による各単位パネルA
の基材への固定は第2,3図に示すように重合連
結部の下側に位置する単位パネルAの連結端縁部
の波目溝部3を基材に密接させて固定するもので
あることから波目山部2を釘止め固定する場合に
比して固定を確実となし得るだけでなく当該固定
部分の割れ防止も行え、又この釘止め部分は図示
の如く各単位パネルA,Aの接着重合部に位置す
ることから接着テープ又は接着剤にて被われてい
るのでこの釘打ち部分から雨水が浸入するおそれ

接着剤があらかじめ塗布され、施工の瞬間まで
剥離テープによる保護されているため、上記の
効果を減ずることなく簡易、迅速に施工が可能
となり、施工誤差を最小に止めることができる
