に係合張設し、上部スプロケツトを回転駆動する
構造の塵芥除去装置において、棒状体に羽根板を
取り付け該棒状体を回転駆動する構造の回転ブラ
シと、該回転ブラシが回転したときに該回転ブラ
シの先端が接触する位置に配置される棒状のスク
レーパーとを具備し、該回転ブラシはその羽根板
先端がフイルタープレート群表面の所定の場所を
