Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 2つの軸、特にモータの従動軸とギヤの入
    力軸の差込み結合構造であつて、入力軸には従動
    軸の差込みピンが収容される袋孔を有する接続ピ
    ンが設けられ、かつ両者にフエザーキーを収容す
    る長手方向溝が形成されている2つの軸の差込み
    結合構造において、 締付けボルト16を有し袋孔6を包囲する締付
    けリング12が設けられ、袋孔6の領域において
    前記接続ピンの壁がほぼフエザーキー9に相当す
    る肉厚を有し、かつ、溝の領域において径方向に
    開放したスリツト10を有することを特徴とする
    2つの軸の差込み結合構造。 (2) ギヤがリングフランジを介してモータにフ
    ランジ止めされており、接続ピンがリングフラン
    ジの内部に収容されている差込み結合であつて、
    リングフランジ2には前記締付ボルト16の高さ
    に径方向に貫通する開口部19,20が形成され
    ていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の差込み
    結合構造。 (3) フエザーキー9が相補状態結合で前記接続
    ピン7のスリツト10内に取り付けられることを
    特徴とする請求項第1項あるいは第2項に記載の
    差込み結合構造。 (4) フエザーキー9が径方向にわずかな遊びを
    もつて接続ピン7のスリツト10へ嵌め込まれる
    ことを特徴とする請求項第1項あるいは第2項に
    記載の差込み結合構造。 (5) 締付けリング12のスリツト13の開放側
    に直径方向に対向する側が、締付けリングの部材
    内へ延びていることを特徴とする請求項第1項か
    ら第4項のいずれか1項に記載の差込み結合構造
