When using steel columns in the construction of a building, foundation members such as floors are erected by adding steel columns vertically, but the columns are welded around the entire circumference, and then The construction method used is to attach PC boards as a decorative exterior wall to the outside of the pillars, forming the exterior wall of the building.

In such construction work, scaffolding equipment has traditionally been used to weld the joints between columns, and workers perform welding and other necessary work on the scaffolding equipment, but once the columns have been added, The reality is that the scaffolding equipment has now been removed so that it does not interfere with the PC board installation work.

However, with conventional scaffolding devices, the scaffolding is erected at the construction site and erected along the pillars so that the scaffolding boards are positioned at a height suitable for joining the columns. It takes a lot of time and effort to erect the scaffolding, and since it is removed after welding and other necessary work is done, the removal work also takes a lot of time and effort. In addition, if the pillars to be joined by welding have a rectangular or circular cross-sectional shape, one scaffolding device cannot be used to weld around the pillars.
Multiple scaffolding devices had to be erected around the book pillars, making it increasingly time consuming to erect and remove the scaffolding devices.

The present invention solves the problems associated with conventional scaffolding devices, and enables work around a work position such as a pillar with one small scaffolding device, and also facilitates the work of attaching external walls, etc. to pillars. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rotating scaffolding device for work that can be easily constructed and removed. In order to achieve this purpose, the configuration of the present invention is such that in a scaffolding device that removably attaches a scaffold to the outside surface of a working position such as a pillar, a part corresponding to the outside surface of the working position is attached to the side of the scaffold. A plurality of contact surfaces are provided, engagement members are provided at both ends of each contact surface, and a plurality of brackets are provided at arbitrary intervals outside the working position, and at least two of the engagement members are provided. The engaging member is engaged with two of the brackets, and the scaffold is supported while the contact surface of the scaffold is brought into contact with the outer surface of the working position, and the engaging member is engaged with the bracket at one location. The method is characterized in that the scaffold is rotated around the other engaged engagement members, and its attachment position is sequentially displaced along the outer surface of the working position.

Figure 1 is a two-dimensional diagram showing the principle of an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a column serving as a working position, 2 is a scaffold, and 3 is a pillar that is a working position.
a, 3b, 3c, and 3d are engagement pins that are engagement members that are attached to the corners of the scaffold 2 so as to be able to move up and down;
Brackets 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d are provided at the corners of the pillar 1 so that the engagement pins 3 can be engaged with them.

If the column 1 has a rectangular cross-sectional shape as shown in the figure, prepare a scaffold 2 with a side surface corresponding to the side surface of the column 1, make one side of the scaffold 2 correspond to one side of the column 1, and place the scaffold 2 at both corners of the column 1 side. The engaging pins 3a and 3b of the pillar 1 are inserted into the pin holes of the brackets 4a and 4b at both corner parts of the scaffold 2 side of the pillar 1 to support the pillar 1 in a cantilevered manner. This completes the erection of the scaffold 2, and the part facing the scaffold 2 side of the joint between the upper column 1 and the lower column 1 is used for work such as welding. When the predetermined operations are completed, one of the engagement pins 3a or 3b (for example, 3a) is removed from the bracket 4a, and the scaffolding 2 is moved, for example, by the arrow X, using the other pin 3b as a fulcrum.
The bracket 4c is rotated in the direction shown by the two-dot chain line 2' so that the engagement pins 3b and 3c face the other side of the column 1, and the engagement pin 3c is inserted into the pin hole of the bracket 4c to support it.

Fig. 2 shows a specific example of this, and the scaffold 2 has a scaffold body 2a that is framed in a rectangular shape and has a scaffold board 2c built into a frame 2b, and a bracket of a pillar 1 below each corner of the frame 2b. A cylindrical body 2d of a required length fixed for placement, a pin guide 2e fixed above each corner of the frame 2b via a support member 2f, and a head attached to the pin guide 2e and the cylindrical body 2d. It has a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the pin guide 2e and the cylinder body 2d, and has a size that allows it to fit loosely into the pin guide 2e and the cylinder body 2d. engaging pins 3a, 3b,
3c, 3d, and the respective engagement pins 3a, 3b, 3
The handrail 5 is made up of a handrail 5 that can be raised by inserting the legs into holes drilled in the axial center of the handrail 5 and 3d. 6 are engagement pins 3a, 3b,
3c, 3d to brackets 4a, 4b, 4 of column 1
This is a cap that is attached to the tip of the pin after it is inserted into the hole 4e of holes 4e and 4d.

When the work such as welding at one location is completed, as explained in the principle of Fig. 1, of the two engaging pins that are engaged, leave the engaging pin that is in the direction you want to work next. and pull out the other pin from the bracket. Now, when trying to change the working position clockwise in Fig. 2, pull out the engagement pin 3a and
Rotate the entire scaffold clockwise around b,
Next, by inserting the engaging pin 3c into the hole 4e of the bracket 4c, the location of the scaffolding can be easily changed. At this time, the pin is held by the pin guide 2e and the cylindrical body 2d.

When all the necessary work such as welding the joints of Column 1 is completed and the work moves on to attaching the outer walls such as PC boards and other parts to the outside of Column 1, the scaffolding 2 is attached to the PC board.
The scaffolding 2 is rotated so as not to interfere with the work of attaching plates, etc., in the same way as during the above-mentioned work such as welding. This eliminates the need to remove the scaffolding each time, as was the case in the past, and allows the PC board installation work to be performed easily and efficiently.

Work on the entire outer surface of the work location can be done with one scaffold. In other words, by moving a small scaffold to a place where it would otherwise be necessary to erect another scaffold, it can be easily used for work, and a single scaffold can perform a wide range of work, such as welding between pillars. It can be done easily and quickly.
