る。
図において、１はアイソレータ、７は金属膜、
８はセラミツクスブロツク（アース部材）、２１
はフエライト組立体、２２は中心導体、２５はケ
ース、２７はフエライトである。

成されたセラミツクスブロツクにより構成したこ
