、上記タツチパネル取付け面上に、タツチパネル
と透明或いは半透明のオーバーレイシートとを順
に載置した状態で、上部に押さえ面が形成された
爪部材が上記挿通孔に挿通され、且つ上記押さえ
面がオーバーレイシートの上面を押さえることを
特徴とするオーバーレイシートの取付構造。
