である。 FIG. 14 shows another conventional exterior face plate joining device. This joining device has a groove 16 in the width direction,
A first joint plate 3 is formed by bending and forming a single metal plate with the upper and lower sides 18 and 19 doubled so that the outer side of the concave groove 16 is inclined backwards and the joint plate 3 has a cross section that is almost an inverted E-shape.
This device has the same configuration as the exterior face plate joining device shown in FIGS. 10 to 13, except that it is used instead of the joint and joint cover shown in FIGS. 0 to 13.

The conventional exterior face plate joining device described above connects the flat opposing edges of horizontally adjacent face plates with a joint and a joint cover, or with a joint plate having an approximately inverted square-shaped cross section.
The type shown in Figures 10 to 13 requires a joint and a joint cover, so the number of parts is large, and the type shown in Figure 14 has joint plates on the top and bottom sides. Since the metal plate was bent in double layers, a large metal plate was required and the processing was troublesome. The joints and joint covers or joint plates were expensive, and both edges of the face plate were bent on the front and back sides. Due to the sandwiching, the joining operation is troublesome and time consuming, and the apparatus becomes expensive. Furthermore, since both end edges of the face plate and the joint cover or joint plate are in contact with each other with a step in the front and back direction, dust and dirt can easily adhere to and accumulate on the contact parts, causing a poor appearance.
Since the deposit 17 contains water, there is a problem in that the paint deteriorates early, leading to the occurrence of rust.

板接合装置を提供することを目的としている。 The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it reduces the cost of parts and the work required for joining work, and also prevents dust and dirt from accumulating between the joint plate and the face plate, so it can be used for a long time. It is an object of the present invention to provide a face plate joining device for the exterior of a building that does not damage the appearance or cause rust due to waving.

The face plate joining device for the exterior of a building according to the present invention is fixed to the building frame side and laterally roofed, and a joint gap of a predetermined width is provided between the edge portion bent to the back side of the laterally adjacent double-sided plate. A sacrificial board facing each other and spanning both sides of the joint gap is arranged on the back side of the double-sided board, and a joint board made of an elastic material supported on the surface of the sacrificial board is positioned in the vertical and horizontal directions in the joint gap. and is pressed by the face plate.

The exterior face plate joining device according to the present invention does not sandwich the opposing edges of laterally adjacent double-sided plates from the front and back sides with joint plates, but instead connects the opposite edges of the adjacent double-sided plates to the back side of the adjacent double-sided plates. The bent edges are placed opposite to each other with a joint gap between them, and a waste board that spans both sides of the joint gap is placed on the back side of the double-sided board, and an elastic plate is supported on the surface of the waste board. Position the joint plates made of the material both vertically and horizontally in the joint gaps,
Because it is pressed by the face plate,
Because the joint plates are pressed by the vertically adjacent face plates, there are no gaps between the contact surfaces, making it difficult for water to enter the interior.Even if some rainwater does enter through the gaps in the joint plates, The rainwater flows down the surface of the joint plate, and even if it slightly leaks onto the surface of the waste board, the ridges of the waste board prevent it from leaking to the outside in the lateral direction of the waste board, and there is no difference in level from the joint board and the waste board. Since the rain is guided downward to the surface of the adjacent face plate, no leakage occurs.

て、外観を損なうことが少ない。 In addition, since the joint plate may have a simple shape made of an extrusion molded product of rubber or synthetic resin, this invention was first published in Japanese Patent Application No. 118872-1987 (filed on May 18, 1988, JP-A-63-1989). 284347) proposed in which joint plates were made of bent metal products, it can be made at a lower cost, and it is easier to carry out the construction without having to bend the upper and lower ends of the joint plates in advance. Because it can be easily bent, it is easy to join the face plates, and capillary action is less likely to occur between the joint plate made of elastic material and the face plate and waste plate made of metal plates than between metal plates. This makes it difficult for dust and dirt to accumulate between the face plate and the joint plate, and therefore, the appearance is less likely to be damaged.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the edges of the laterally adjacent double-sided boards that are bent toward the back side are made to face each other with a joint gap provided between them, and to straddle both sides of the joint gap. A waste board is arranged on the back side of the double-sided board, and a joint board made of an elastic material supported on the surface of the waste board is positioned over both sides of the joint gap or fitted into the joint gap, and is positioned vertically and horizontally. Since it is pressed by the face plate, the elastic support of the joint plate prevents rainwater from penetrating, and even if rainwater mainly flows down the joint plate surface and leaks slightly onto the surface of the waste board, the waste board Because of the protrusions, rain does not leak to the outside in the lateral direction of the waste board, and is guided from the joint board and the waste board to the surface of the face plate adjacent to the lower part with a step difference, thereby preventing rain from leaking.

うことが少いという効果がある。 In addition, the joint plate can be made of a simple shape made of extrusion molded rubber or synthetic resin, so it can be made at low cost.Furthermore, the upper and lower ends 24 and 25 of the joint plate only need to be bent by hand during installation, making it easier to use than conventional joint plates. Since there is no need to perform such bending process in advance, the work of joining the face plates can be made easier.Furthermore, between the joint plate made of an elastic material and the face plate and waste plate made of a metal plate, the elastic force of the joint plate keeps the face plate Since the face plate and the joint plate are in close contact with each other, capillary action is difficult to occur, and therefore dust and dirt are difficult to accumulate between the face plate and the joint plate, which slows down the occurrence of rust and reduces the appearance. effective.
