- 配線パターンおよび銅箔文字類を形成した部分
を有する側の表面に、はんだに浸したとき、はん
だめつきされないようソルダレジストを付着させ
るプリント配線基板において、前記ソルダレジス
トを付着させる部分に、少なくとも前記銅箔文字
類を形成した部分を含まないことを特徴とするプ
リント配線基板。
