Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 上下方向に複数段の加熱帯を有する熱間等方
    圧加圧装置用の加熱装置において、ヒータ支持枠
    として黒鉛質円筒を用い、該円筒に各々の加熱帯
    に応じてヒータエレメントを収容し支持するため
    の複数個の開口部を設けると共に、ヒータエレメ
    ントを該円筒開口部の縁に配設した電気絶縁碍子
    を介して絶縁的に支持せしめたことを特徴とする
    熱間等方圧加圧装置用加熱装置。 2 請求項1記載の加熱装置において、黒鉛質円
    筒に複数個の開口部を設けると共に、該円筒から
    切り取つた上記開口部に相当する部分に複数のス
    リツトを設け、これをそのままヒータエレメント
    として使用したことを特徴とする熱間等方圧加圧
    装置用加熱装置。
