Claims (1)
- 比較的温度係数の高い抵抗線を液体が最高位に
あるとき全て液面下になり、最低位にあるとき前
記抵抗線の途中の所定箇所以下が液面下になるよ
うに配置し、前記抵抗線の両端に電圧を印加した
ときの前記所定箇所の電位から液面を測定するよ
うに構成したことを特徴とする液面測定装置。
