Claims (1)
- 流体入口と流体出口とを結ぶ流体通路を形成し
、この流体通路途中に弁口を形成する隔壁を有す
る容器と、前記容器の流体入口と弁口との間の流
体通路内に挿着され、弁口の上流側と下流側の流
体の圧力差に応じて伸縮するベローズと、前記ベ
ローズに固定され、ベローズの収縮により弁口を
開き、ベローズの伸張により弁口を閉じる弁体と
、前記容器の弁口と流体出口との間の流体通路中
に弁口と相対向して設けられたロツドとを具え、
弁体には弁口側端面から軸方向に沿つて延在する
ガイド穴が形成され、ロツドの先端には弁口内に
挿入されて弁体の軸方向に沿つて延在するガイド
ピンが設けられ、このガイドピンが弁体のガイド
穴内に挿入されていることを特徴とする圧力セン
サ。
