Claims (1)
- ミラーを固着した一対のミラー支持体を外囲器
両端に有し、該ミラー間外囲器内に配設された細
管及びこの細管と同軸に配設された円筒形冷陰極
カソードを有する同軸型Ｈｅ―Ｎｅレーザ管にお
いて、該細管の両端はそれぞれミラー支持体に摺
動可能に嵌合され、ミラー支持体にそれぞれ金属
管が接合され、金属管は該細管の中間から放射状
に延びたガラス壁又は該ガラス壁に接合されたガ
ラス管と接合されてアノードルームとカソードル
ームを形成し、アノードルーム及びカソードルー
ムに対応する位置の細管側壁にそれぞれ穴が穿設
されていることを特徴とする同軸型Ｈｅ―Ｎｅレ
ーザ管。
