Claims (1)
- 開閉される弁座と、弁座の側方に前記弁座に垂
直に設けられた第１のシリンダと、前記第１のシ
リンダのカバーに設けられた螺旋状の案内溝と、
前記案内溝に案内される突起を有する第１のシリ
ンダの第１のロツドと、前記ロツドの端部に垂直
に設けられたアームと、前記アームに取り付けら
れた前記弁座に対応する弁体と、弁体に前記アー
ムに対向して設けられ、弁体の直径方向にテーパ
を有する抑え板Ａと、前記弁体が弁座に定置され
たとき抑え板Ａのテーパにに摺動して弁体を弁座
に押し付けるもので、前記抑え板Ａと同じテーパ
を有する抑え板Ｂと、抑え板Ｂがその端部に固定
され、前記抑え板Ｂを弁体の直径方向に移動させ
る第２のロツドと、第２のロツドを駆動する第２
のシリンダと、弁座、弁体および抑え板Ａ，Ｂを
取り囲み、前記第１、第２のロツドが貫通する気
密のチヤンバとを有することを特徴とする真空仕
切り弁。
