Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガスが流入する流入路、ガスが流出する流
    出路、これら流入路と流出路との間に位置する弁
    収納室、この弁収納室と流入路との交差部に流入
    路を囲うようにして形成された環状の流入側弁座
    、および弁収納室と流出路との交差部に流出路を
    囲うようにして形成された環状の流出路側弁座を
    内部に有するコツク本体と、このコツク本体の弁
    収納室に前記２つの弁座に接した状態で回動自在
    に設けられたボール弁とを備え、前記ボール弁に
    は、その内部を貫通し、一端開口部が前記流入側
    弁座を介して前記流入路と対向するとともに、他
    端開口部が前記流出側弁座を介して前記流出路と
    対向することによつて流入路と流出路とを連通さ
    せ、前記ボール弁が流入路と流出路との間を遮断
    した際には両開口部がそれぞれ２つの弁座の間に
    位置するガス通路が形成されたボールコツクにお
    いて、前記コツク本体に一端が前記弁収納室の内
    面に開口し、他端がコツク本体の外面に開口する
    検査孔を形成し、前記ボール弁の回動方向におけ
    る前記ガス通路の両開口部の幅をそれぞれの開口
    部が対向する弁座の幅よりも広くし、しかもガス
    通路の一方の開口部の幅を他方の開口部の幅より
    も広くしたことを特徴とするボールコツク。 (2) ガスが流入する流入路、ガスが流出する流
    出路、これら流入路と流出路との間に位置する弁
    収納室、この弁収納室と流入路との交差部に流入
    路を囲うようにして形成された流入側弁座、およ
    び弁収納室と流出路との交差部に流出路を囲うよ
    うにして形成された流出路側弁座を内部に有する
    コツク本体と、このコツク本体の弁収納室に前記
    ２つの弁座に接した状態で回動自在に設けられた
    ボール弁とを備え、前記ボール弁には、その内部
    を貫通し、一端開口部が前記流入側弁座を介して
    前記流入路と対向するとともに、他端開口部が前
    記流出側弁座を介して前記流出路と対向すること
    によつて流入路と流出路とを連通させ、前記ボー
    ル弁が流入路と流出路との間を遮断した際には両
    開口部がそれぞれ２つの弁座の間に位置するガス
    通路が形成されたボールコツクにおいて、前記コ
    ツク本体に一端が前記弁収納室の内面に開口し、
    他端がコツク本体の外面に開口する検査孔を形成
    し、前記ボール弁の回動方向における前記２つの
    弁座の幅をそれぞれの弁座が対向する前記ガス通
    路の各開口部の幅よりも狭くし、しかも一方の弁
    座の幅を他方の弁座の幅よりも狭くしたことを特
    徴とするボールコツク。
