Claims (1)
- 外槽タンクと、該外槽タンク内部に周囲を断熱
材によつて包囲されるよう配設される内槽タンク
とからなる低温タンクの前記内槽タンク外周位置
に、該内槽タンク半径方向の熱収縮、或は熱膨張
に応じて変位するロツドを備えた位置検出器を、
前記内槽タンク周方向にほぼ等間隔に複数個配設
したことを特徴とする低温タンクの内槽タンク熱
収縮膨張量計測装置。
