Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide two continuous flames without increasing any fixing space and increasing its cost by a method wherein two press plates are integrated into a flame dividing deflection plate in which the tip of a groove forming a gas flow passage acting as a flame port is adjacent to a recess at the pressed plates, and of which the tip divides and deflects flames. CONSTITUTION:Press plates 2 and 3 are overlapped to each other while being oppositely arranged, a bent part 29 of the press plate 2 is further bent by 180 deg., thereby the plates are connected to each other and a normal pilot burner 1 is formed. With this arrangement, grooves 24 and 25 have substantially circular section and then a gas flow passage 13 of which sectional area is decreased in a stepwise manner from a nozzle fitting part 11 toward a flame port 12. The flame port 12 is adjacent to a recess 14, its tip forms a flame dividing plate 15 and further its tip is a deflecting plate 16 comprised of tapered deflecting fins 26 and 36. With this arrangement, even through the number of the normal flame pilot burner is one, its flame becomes two continuous flames and interfere with each other to make a stable flame. Since the recess or deflecting fins can be simultaneously formed with the press plates, an increasing of manufacturing cost is scarcely found.

[Prior Art] Gas combustion equipment is equipped with a pilot burner close to the main burner, which heats a thermocouple and uses its output to open a safety solenoid valve installed in the fuel gas supply path. I try to keep it in good condition. This thermocouple acts as a safety device sensor, and in the event of an abnormal gas extinguishment such as a blowout, or a lack of oxygen in the room, its output decreases and a safety solenoid valve closes. . The pilot burner is also used to ignite the main burner.

Conventionally, this pilot burner is manufactured by processing pipe material or press-molding metal plates, and joining two pressed plates facing each other with bulging grooves that form gas flow paths. It had been.

In addition, two craters are installed in parallel, and two flames (
23 & flame) can be formed, and these two flames are stable due to complementary interference with each other, and when the thermocouple is heated with these two flames, the thermocouple is efficiently heated with the outer flame of the inner flame. It is known that it can be done.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in the conventional pilot burner using a press plate, a single crater is used, and the flame is also single (single flame), which makes the flame more stable than a double flame. The performance and heating efficiency were poor. In this case, if two pie four L-burners are installed in parallel,
Although continuous flames can be obtained, there are drawbacks such as an increase in installation space and an increase in the number of machines required for processing and assembly, resulting in high costs.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention involves press-molding metal plates and joining two press plates facing each other with a bulge forming a gas flow path. In the pilot burner for regular flames, each press plate is arranged so that the tip of the groove that serves as the crater faces the notch provided in the press plate, and furthermore, the tip side separates and deflects the flame. A configuration with a flame deflection plate was adopted.

The crater faces the cutout in the press plate, and the press plate at the tip is formed into a flame deflection plate that separates and deflects the flame. As a result, two continuous flames can be obtained with a single normally-fired pilot burner without increasing the installation space, the flame is stabilized, and the thermocouple can be heated efficiently. Furthermore, the missing portion and the split steel plate can be molded at the same time when the press plate is molded, so that the cost does not increase.

Further, the edge of the crater portion 21 located further toward the tip of the missing portion 25 is bent in the same direction as the groove 24 to form a deflection fin 26 . A hole 24 of the flange portion 23 is provided with an intake window 27 for primary air for combustion, and an end portion 28 serves as a fitting portion for a fuel gas jet nozzle. Further, two bent portions are appropriately provided on the periphery of the press plate 2.

The press plates 2 and 3 are stacked facing each other, and are joined by bending the bent portion 29 of the press plate 2 by 180 degrees, thereby forming the always-fired pilot burner 1. As a result, the grooves 24 and 25 form a gas flow path 13 having a substantially circular cross section and whose cross-sectional area gradually decreases from the nozzle fitting part 11 toward the crater 12. In addition, the crater 12 faces the missing part 14, and beyond that is a flame splitting plate 15, and beyond that is a deflection plate 1 consisting of tapered deflection fins 26 and 36.

The mixture of fuel gas and primary air for combustion that is ejected from the vent 12 of the pilot burner 1 passes through the cutout 14 and is divided into approximately two parts by the flame dividing plate 15, and each of these two divided flows is as follows.
They are each deflected away by deflection fins 26, 36. As a result, the combustion flame of the pilot burner 1 becomes two consecutive flames 10, and the thermocouple 5 is sandwiched between them, and the two outer flames heat each other. Also, one of the two flames 10 is the main burner 4.
The main burner 4 is ignited.

In this way, even if there is only one pilot burner, the flames become two consecutive flames, which interfere with each other and become stable. Furthermore, since the missing parts and deflection fins can be molded at the same time as the press plate, there is almost no increase in manufacturing costs.
