Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the living comfort and thermal efficiency by installing a heat exchanger in any of the spaces formed under the roof, under the floor, and in a wall and by allowing, through the heat exchanger, the space under the floor to communicate with the outdoors, and the space under the roof to communicate with the outdoors. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 10 is installed in any of the spaces 1, 3, and 7 formed under the roof, under the floor, and in a wall respectively so as to ventilate the house A without loss of heat, that is, through ventilating holes 11 in the end walls, where the heat exchange 10 is installed in the space 1 under the roof, outside air is taken in and discharged into the space 1 under the roof in summer and into the space 2 under the floor in winter, whereas the air in the space 3 under the floor is released into the outdoors in summer and that in the space 1 under the roof is likewise released in winter. Heat exchange takes place between the air released into the outdoors and air taken into the house A from the outdoors so that the house A is ventilated while the heat is shut off from communication between the inside and the outside.

However, such houses have the disadvantage that radiant heat from the sun through the openings, or heat emitted from various home appliances and the human body, gets trapped inside the house, especially in the summer. Furthermore, even if openings such as windows are opened, warm air will remain trapped in the attic space, raising the perceived temperature in the living space. Furthermore, when using an air conditioner, the cooling is localized, which can cause people to become unwell due to temperature differences as they move from one space to another, and because cold air has a tendency to descend, hot air in the attic space is It remained. Therefore, a large number of indoor air conditioning units were required to air condition all rooms. Furthermore, while traditional houses placed great emphasis on insulation, they did not take any precautions for ventilation.

In view of these points, the present invention makes the attic space and the underfloor space communicate with each other through the wall space, provides insulation material on the outer walls and roof, and connects the attic space and the underfloor space via an air conditioner. In addition, a heat exchanger is installed inside the house, and the underfloor space and the outside are connected through this heat exchanger.
Connects the attic space to the outside, and in the summer, the air in the underfloor space is cooled by an air conditioner through a pipe and released into the attic space, and a portion of the air in the underfloor space is also released to the outside via a heat exchanger. At the same time, fresh air from outside is brought into the attic space, the interior wall space is lowered to cool the living space, and in winter, warm air from the attic space is blown into the underfloor space through pipes. At the same time, the heat exchanger releases the air from the attic to the outside, brings in fresh air from the outside into the underfloor space, and removes cold air from the living space by raising the air in the underfloor space in the wall space. This project proposes a house with improved livability and thermal efficiency.

10 is a heat exchanger, which is installed in either the attic space 1, the underfloor space 3, or the wall space 7;
This allows for internal ventilation without heat loss. That is, when the heat exchanger 10 is placed in the attic space 1 as shown in FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b), outside air is taken in through the gable ventilation opening 11, and this air is pumped into the attic space 1 in the summer as shown in FIG. As shown in figure a), the air is released into the attic space 1, and in winter, it is released into the underfloor space 3 as shown in figure (b), and in the summer, the air in the underfloor space 3 is released, and in the winter, the air in the attic space 1 is released to the outside. It is something that is emitted. At this time, heat exchange is performed between the air released to the outside and the air taken into the house A from the outside, preventing heat from entering and exiting the house A, and ventilation can be performed.

ここで家屋A内の空気の流れについて簡単に説明する。Here, the air flow inside the house A will be briefly explained.

First, in the summer, as shown in Figures 1(a) and 2(a), the air in the underfloor space 3 is sent through a pipe 8 to an air conditioner 9, where it is cooled, dehumidified, etc. After that, it is released into the attic space 1. On the other hand, in the heat exchanger 10, air in the underfloor space 3 is released to the outside, and fresh air from the outside is taken into the attic space 1. For this reason, in the attic space 1, due to the cooling by the air conditioner 9 and the pressure caused by the discharge, the air moves down the wall space 7 and into the underfloor space 3. At this time, the living space 2 is also cooled through the inner wall 14. In addition, when descending from the attic space 1 to the underfloor space 3, some parts of the ceiling 12,
The air flows directly from the inner wall 14 into the living space 2 and provides cooling.Therefore, there is no place for hot air to get trapped inside the house A, and since the entire interior of the house A is cooled, the sensible temperature also decreases and the livability is improved. Significantly improved.

In addition, in the winter, as shown in Figures 1(b) and 2(b), the air in the attic space l is sent to the air conditioner 9 through the pipe 8, and if the air conditioner 9 has a heating function, it is heated. After being heated, it is released into the underfloor space 3. In addition, the heat exchanger 10 releases the air in the attic space 1 to the outside, and takes in fresh air from the outside into the underfloor space 3. Warm air is blown into the underfloor space 3'T: and the pressure becomes high, so this air mainly rises through the wall space 7 and a portion of the living space 2, and moves to the attic space 1. Therefore, cold air near the floor 13 and inner wall 14 can be removed, and even if one room of the living space 2 is heated with a heater such as a stove, this residual heat will be distributed throughout the house A, and the air conditioning Since the air heated by the machine 9 is also distributed throughout the room, the temperature difference between each room is reduced, improving livability and allowing for ventilation.
