置し、内部に冷媒が流れる流路を形成し、外表面
はフイン形状により外気との大きな接触表面積を
有する凝縮部と、上記凝縮部で発生した水滴のド
レイン部と、上記水滴の発生量を上記ドレイン部
への落下量から検知するセンサー部と、上記冷却
部及び凝縮部を結ぶことにより冷媒の循環系とな
る冷媒循環系とから構成されることを特徴とする
