交換するための熱交換器と、前記熱交換器へ冷却
水を循環させる第２のポンプと、前記熱交換器の
位置するポツド外表面へ冷却水を放出するための
放出口と電磁弁と外気の温度を検出し、前記電磁
弁を開とするための信号を出力する第２の温度検
出器とを備えたことを特徴とする電子機器用冷却
