Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光信号の授受によりＯＮ・ＯＦＦする無接点ス
イツチであつて、 受光素子とは別に発光素子の発光量を検出する
モニタ用受光素子を設けて、モニタ用受光素子の
受光電圧レベルを、適正な受光電圧レベルと比較
して発光素子の発光量をフイードバツク制御する
回路と、 上記モニタ用受光素子の受光電圧レベルを上記
適正受光電圧レベルよりも低く設定された使用下
限値の受光電圧レベルと比較して、使用下限値の
受光電圧レベルよりもモニタ用受光素子の受光電
圧レベルが低下した際に自己診断信号を出力する
と共に、自己診断表示灯を点灯させる回路とを備
えた無接点スイツチ。
