- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 可変容量素子の静電容量を制御電圧に依り変化
させて共振回路の共振周波数を変えるようになし
た周波数可変型フイルターにおいて、 前記可変容量素子が圧電体と弾力性のある誘電
体と電極との積層体をケースに収納して両端の間
隔を一定に保持した構成であり、圧電体を挾む両
電極に前記制御電圧が印加され、また誘電体を挾
む両電極間の静電容量により前記共振回路の共振
周波数を変えるようになしてあることを特徴とす
る周波数可変型フイルター。
