界磁場による抵抗値の特性図、第４図は超電導体
内部の臨界強度の特性を示す図、第５図はこの考
案に使用した超電導体の臨界磁場による超電導体
内部の導体部、誘電体部の比率を示す図、第６図
はこの考案に使用したコンデンサの臨界磁場によ
る容量の特性図、第７図はこの考案の低域通過ろ
波器の特性変化例を示す図である。
１は超電導体、２は電極、３は誘電体、４は磁
場発生コイル、５は抵抗器、６は信号入力端子、
７は信号出力端子、８は信号線路、９は磁場制御
回路、１０はコンデンサ、１１はコンデンサであ
る。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符
号を付して示してある。
