本考案は、日付、曜日、等を表示するプラスチ
ツク製の時計用表示板の改良に関するものであ

近年プラスチツク成形技術の進歩に伴い、時計
用表示板の様な薄板形状も容易に成形加工が可能
となつたため、低コストなプラスチツク製の時計
用表示板が、広く用いられるようになつて来た。
しかしプラスチツク製表示板の採用にあたつての
残された問題として、樹脂注入用のゲート部の処
理と、溶かされたプラスチツクが固るときの収縮
差により起るソリ、の二つが残つている。

辺部より沈んだ形状に形成しゲートの残り高さの

部肉厚t3の各厚さが大きく異り、成形時の溶けた
プラスチツクが固るとき収縮の時間的な差を生
じ、それが日板1全体のソリ等の変形を生じてし

ため省略する。日板送り用の送り歯2と、日表示
文字部は従来例と同じであるが、1箇所又は複数
箇所設けられた樹脂注入用ゲート3の周辺部は、
突起状の枠部3aを除き他は全て一段低く形成さ
れている。そして枠部3aの内部を枠部3aより
一段低くしてその部分に樹脂注入用のゲート3を
設ける。前記枠部3aの高さはゲート部でちぎれ
た樹脂の頭がかくれる程度の高さにしておく。こ
のような断面形状を形成することにより、日付表
示部肉厚t1、ゲート部周辺肉厚t2、日送り歯部肉
厚t3をほぼ均等の厚さにそろえることができる。
ゲート3の周辺部の突起状の枠部3aを除き全体
に肉厚を均等にしたことにより、成形時の溶けた
プラスチツクが固るときも収縮差を生じず、ソリ
