Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 底面および側部支持部を含む植刃受け場所と
    、前記底面におけるねじ孔とを有する切削用植刃
    ホールダーを具備し、 前記植刃受け場所にその底面および側部支持部
    に接して配置された正の切削用植刃体を具備し、
    この切削用植刃体はこれを貫通する開口を有し、
    この開口は前記底面に向かうにつれて横断面積が
    減少して行く第一接触面を含み、 前記開口を通つて延びて前記ねじ孔にねじ込ま
    れて装着された拘束用ねじを具備し、この拘束用
    ねじは前記開口内に位置せしめられる頭部を有し
    、この頭部は前記第一接触面と係合して前記植刃
    体を前記ホールダーに拘束するために前記第一接
    触面に対して拘束力を付与する第二接触面を有し
    、前記頭部はこれが設けられている拘束用ねじの
    長手方向軸線に関して偏心して配置されており、
    この頭部の最大の横断面はこの頭部が約半回転せ
    しめられることにより前記植刃体が滑動的に前記
    頭部の上方へ取りはずしうるように前記開口の最
    小の横断面よりも小さくなされており、 前記の第一接触面と第二接触面はこれらの間に
    点接触を生ぜしめるべく一方は円錐形であり他方
    は凸形であり、この円錐形の面は前記拘束力が前
    記底面並びに前記側部支持部に向かつて延びた方
    向成分を有するように前記底面に対して鋭角に配
    列されている ことを特徴とする切削工具。 ２ 前記ねじ孔の長手方向軸線は前記開口の長手
    方向軸線に関して前記植刃体の有効切削エツジか
    ら離れる方向に偏倚せしめられている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の切削工具。 ３ 前記ねじ孔および開口の前記長手方向軸線は
    前記底面に対して直角に指向されている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第２項記載の切削工具。 ４ 前記第一接触面が凸形であり、前記第二接触
    面が円錐形である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の切削工具。 ５ 前記第二接触面の前記円錐角は前記底面に対
    して垂直な線に関してこの第二接触面と直径的に
    対向して配置された前記頭部の円錐形部分が成す
    角よりも大きな角度を形成している実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第４項記載の切削工具。 ６ 前記開口は前記第一接触面に隣接してその上
    に上部円筒部を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の切削工具。
