- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 原水に塩酸が添加されて脱炭酸塔で原水の炭酸
が除去される超純水製造装置において、 原水が流入される砂過装置と、 該砂過装置に一端が接続されたメインパイプ
と、 該メインパイプの一端側に設けられた調節弁と
、 前記メインパイプの途中に設けられたバイパス
パイプと、 該バイパスパイプに設けられた第１調節弁と、 該第１調節弁の下流側に設けられ注入口と噴出
口とが前記バイパスパイプに接続されたエゼクタ
ーと、 前記メインパイプの前記バイパスパイプに挟ま
れた部分に設けられた第２調節弁と、 前記メインパイプの他端近くに設けられたＰＨ
計と、 前記メインパイプの他端に設けられた脱炭酸塔
と、 前記エゼクターの吸入口に一端が接続され他端
が塩酸槽に接続された吸入パイプとを具備したこ
とを特徴とする超純水製造装置。
