- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 遅延媒体の所定箇所に設けた入出力トラン
スデユーサに、リードフレーム端子を直接接続固
定したことを特徴とする超音波遅延線。 (2) 所定の箇所に入出力トランスデユーサを有
する遅延媒体と該入出力トランスデユーサに電気
的に直接接続したリードフレーム端子とからなり
、該リードフレーム端子の接続部分に機械的強度
を向上させるための保護板を取付けたことを特徴
とする超音波遅延線。
